Director, Business Development (Army Combat Arms/Combat
Systems)
The Director, Business Development, Army Combat Arms
Programs is responsible for coordinating, planning and
managing the business development and related program
efforts for the Army Combat Arms Programs
(Manned/Unmanned Ground Systems, Manned/Unmanned Air
Systems). The Director, Army Combat Arms Programs
Business Development will report to the VP for Business
Development and Strategic Planning.
Overall responsibilities will include, but are not
limited to the following:
• Support the EADS North America LUH Program Office with
customer insight on LUH requirements and identify

Defense Review, JFCOM and Regional Combatant Command
Requirements, etc.)
• Anticipate and provide an analysis of competitors
marketing strategy and develop a counter strategy.
• Assist and support the U.S. Partner Business
Development team on as needed basis.
• Develop a short and long-term marketing strategy –
identify and plan for key marketing and advertising
opportunities.
• Liaise with EADS affiliate business
development/marketing personnel to ensure program
synchronization.
Candidate must have knowledge of USA, JCIDS Process,
Army Planning and Budgeting Process particularly with
respect to acquisition, requirements and operations.
Must have full understanding of the DoD acquisition
process. Education Level: Bachelors Degree, preferably
with a concentration in Business Administration or
Communications. International experience will be of
value. Possess solid verbal communication skills and
strong presentation skills with the ability to present

Aerospace/Defense Business Development Director

Duties and Tasks: The Facility Security Officer and
Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) is
responsible for successfully administering the locations
National Industrial Security, Sensitive Compartmented
Information programs, and proprietary security programs
for proper protection of personnel and
government/company assets. Develop, administer and
maintain a personnel security program for the processing
of facility and personnel security clearances, conduct
DoD and Restricted Program initial and recurring
security briefings and debriefings. Develop and
implement an employee education and training program to

areas to include supervisory oversight of the contract
security force. Establish the requirements for and
monitor the construction of Closed Areas and Special
Access Areas. Coordinate the accreditation with the
government. Manage the facility’s automated intrusion
detection and access control system. Implement the
company property control program for the protection of
company/government property with regards to the
introduction and removal of such material on the
premises. Act as the primary point of contact with
government security representatives and local, state and
federal law enforcement officials, as well as landlord
facility operations. Experience overseeing a Sensitive
Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and Trusted
Software Development environments is necessary. The CPSO
requires the ability to run the day to day operations of
several SCIFs and closed labs and includes maintaining
physical and personnel security as well as
accountability of SCI material.Education and Experience:

Bachelor Degree, 2-3 years of related security

Supply Chain Development Manager - Military, Defense,

TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning/Inventory Control
• Champion the execution and deployment of Jabil’s
standard planning and inventory strategies and systems
with the customer where possible, and implement
customized solutions where necessary.
