TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning/Inventory Control
• Champion the execution and deployment of Jabil’s standard planning and inventory strategies and systems with the customer where possible, and implement customized solutions where necessary.

The DEEI-V Systems Engineer - Interfaces will assist in interface development and a phased implementation of the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) internal and external interfaces, while representing the National Team Systems Engineering (NTS) team. The engineer will be responsible for working with System Engineering Teams and Element Program focals to put together integration plans for Systems interfaces, including details of the interfaces to support current and proposed BMDS functionality and Element architectures. The engineer will also directly support development of design documentation, information exchange requirements and related "use case/sequence activity diagrams". The primary focus will be in support of the development of deliverable Systems Engineering products and plans, assessments of changes to the baseline while identifying alternative methods and solutions in order to maintain technical content, schedule and operational utility. Extensive travel to the HSV area will be required until operations transition to HSV in 2010. Program Manager with ACAT
The candidate will support, drive, and direct the development of an Army ACAT II program. Sr. Land Warfare Systems Engineer

Engineer-Systems Requirements and Analysis
Work tasks include but are not limited to the following:
Plan, execute and report on a variety of military operational analyses, in particular Land Warrior project related
Conduct threat analyses to characterize threat organization, equipment, doctrine and tactics, to include quantitative analyses of sensor, weapon and unit performance
Conduct mission, unit and system analyses for combat vehicles, develop TTPs, CONOPs in support of OFW and FCS
Development an operational architecture for vehicle systems
Conduct requirements decomposition
Analyze operational modeling results
Operate operational models after being trained
Provide systems engineering support for on-going and future programs.
Perform operational and requirements analysis to develop requirements, specifications and interface control documentation.
Participate in verification/validation that designs satisfy allocated requirements.
Support proposal efforts, scope of work, program schedules and plan development.
Requirements:
Thorough understanding of state-of-the-art Army soldier doctrine and technology.
Must be capable of analyzing military customer requirements, environment and threat to support the translation of these into parameters for weapon system design; this would involve working with both the customer and the engineering team who would develop the weapon system.
Army tactical and doctorine development experience highly desired. Must be able to meet the anthropometric requirements for lab and combat vehicle ingress, operations and egress.
Famialirity and some ability to use Operational analysis tools(Janus, JCATS)
Written and verbal English language proficiency.
Strong interpersonal skills
Familiar with Microsoft office software applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Some travel.
Some overtime.
Must be required to obtain a U.S. secret clearance.

Information Automation Specialist - DEED – 21
This position is on the Missile Defense National Team. The Information Automation Specialist is responsible for supporting the design of BMDS engineering tools (System Architect, DOORS), to include generating automated reports/documents, integrating information between tools and other applications, and training on customized interfaces. This individual will create automated process and support functions to support engineering design architecture and requirements allocation. In addition, this individual will respond to engineering tasks to develop information models and reports, and to customize tool interfaces. The candidate must have good writing, communication, and collaboration skills.
Required Skills:
The position requires a minimum of 8 years of general script writing experience and 3 years experience with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for automating System Architect and DXL for automating DOORS. Strong writing, coordination, organization, teaming, and communication abilities. Experience with system engineering on a large scale integration program. PREFERRED: Experience with BMDS, such as Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD), Theater High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD), Patriot PAC-3, Airborne Laser (ABL), X-Band Radar (XBR), or other major DoD weapon system. Experience with system engineering design and specification desired. Experience linking System Architect to DOORS desired.

 V.P Precision Engagement
Precision Engagement weapon systems focus on quickly identifying immediate threats and once a threat has been identified the goal is to shorten the length of time required to quickly neutralize the threat.
For reasons that will be explained in more detail below, we are looking for a) a 2 or 3 Star General or equivalent from either the Navy, Army, Air Force, or Marines; b) had a Warfighter/Battle command; and c) preferably had some joint services experience such as with JFCOM or STRATCOM.
