Trainer Senior

Army Infantry Training Subject Matter Expert
The candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert in
Infantry training tactics and procedures (TTPs) to
support the execution of Warrior-related programs (Land
Warrior and Ground Soldier System). The candidate will
have experience and knowledge of the Army's System
Approach to Training (SAT) and associated regulation,
processes, and products. The position will consist of
assisting in the development of training products to
support these activities, and will work closely with the
program manager and instructional designer. The

chains that decide what gets funded and when. Know who

Defense Contractor Process Knowledge: Know what does it

Manufacturing Engineer
This position is for a Manufacturing Engineer on a large
development program transitioning into high volume
production. The candidate will serve as a focal point to
the design team through New Product Introduction (NPI)
and into full rate production of software definable
radios in multiple different form factors to the US
government. They will assume a leadership role during
the NPI phase, and then continue to support the project
during the production phase. This is a large complex
project with over $4B worth of potential follow-on
business. The candidate must work as an individual
technical contributor as well as leading small task
groups. Canidate must also plan and execute project

specific products and processes, take initiative in
proposing ideas/soliciting input/optimizing solutions,

process for production, apply technical concepts to
specific tasks, identify design alternatives to enhance

have knowledge of Printed Wiring Board/Printed Wiring
Assembly mechanical design aspects, as well as knowledge
of processes involved in manufacturing Printed Wiring
Assemblies. They must also be capable of mapping

DTUPC cost models, DFM/DFA tools related to electronics
manufacturing, risk assessment, tooling design, and CAD

and generating schedules is a plus. The candidate must

-Conduct a comprehensive professional assessment of the
user’s need for core Worklife and or EAP services. These
service options can include: childcare, parenting,
eldercare, education, general research, legal,
financial, emotional well being, addiction disorders,
work issues, and add-on services.
-Choose appropriate resources, referrals and educational
materials.
-Document all case activity within defined case
management procedures.
-Demonstrate strong customer focus
-Monitor all research, referrals, and additional
materials sent to users.
-Conduct follow up and quality assurance.
Qualifications
-Military experience; military spouses and family
members encouraged to apply.
-Strong knowledge and understanding of military policies
and procedures.
-Masters degree in related discipline, such as
education, social work, psychology, gerontology, etc.
-At least five years experience, preferably in an EAP
setting.
-Knowledge and experience in core service areas of child
development, parenting, adoption, education and services
for older adults.
-Knowledge of mandated reporting procedures for child
and elder abuse situations
-Diverse experience in counseling, social work or mental
health services. EAP and substance abuse experience
preferred.
-Excellent customer service, business and technical
skills.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
creative and flexible
-Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high change call
center environment

Military Care Manager
Exciting and challenging call center providing
comprehensive care management services for wounded
soldiers, sailors, airmen, and Marines. Perform
assessment, triage, and direct intervention to address
the needs of wounded military and families including
vocational rehabilitation, funding resources, and job
placement.
