Sr Program Manager
Scope of Responsibilities / Expectations: This job
requires the performance of the program management
function for a U.S. Federal Government multi-million
dollar program, including pursuit activities for new
business acquisition. This requires strong leadership
skills to manage all elements of the program team,
including internal as well as subcontractor and customer
relationships. Must be a high performing self-starter
with solid program management or related experience.
Requires interfacing with customers and upper management

experience in the communication electronics field to
enable engagement in high level technical discussions,
and is able to grasp the complexity of the systems being
managed. Familiarity and experience in dealing with and
managing in the government contract arena is a
requirement, as well as familiarity with the required
cost accounting standards and contract vehicle types
that are used by the DoD and other U.S. Government
agencies. A familiarity with Communication Networks and
Infrastructure currently employed by the U.S. Government
