The candidate will be responsible for analyzing systems for the implementation of PKI within the DoD infrastructure and perform system integration activities in a high performance team environment. The applicant will be required to generate requirements, requirements decomposition, systems design, and test support. The candidate should be familiar with system development, system modeling, and simulation and specification decomposition. The candidate will support or be responsible for performing system architecture trade-offs and developing system requirements for INFOSEC systems, software and equipment. Responsibilities include development of hardware and software requirements and system level design. Candidate will also be involved in new business acquisition. Travel to customers/suppliers will be required. Individual must participate well in a team environment and interacts well with others to produce positive group results. Individual should have good written and communications skills. The individual will also present at design reviews to internal and external customers.
Minimum of 7+ years experience. Candidate should have working knowledge of networks, communication protocols and state of the art networking technology. BS Degree in a technical field related to manufacturing + 5 years experience with development and manufacturing micro electronics devices. The selected individual shall have demonstrated capability in the following areas: Class 10K clean rooms; Design for manufacturability of micro electronics devices; micro packaging alternatives, low to high volume production methods of micro electronics mono and multi chip modules; design of experiments; statistical process controls; thorough understanding of the physics associated with ceramic substrates.
