Navigation and Identification (CNI) Program with the
U.S. Navy.
Responsibilities: Engineering support for aviation
navigation test and evaluation efforts. Specific
requirements will include engineering support for flight

Flight Test Engineer
Test engineer responsible for ground and flight test
operations on the AEW&C Wedgetail Program.
Responsibilities will include planning and conduct of
aircraft ground and flight test activities, focusing on
both AEW&C aircraft functionality and Mission System
functionality; flight test asset coordination;
coordinating and executing remote test operations;
defining and documenting; and coordinating with
manufacturing for test conduct support. Candidates must
have experience in following areas: large scale system
test and integration, with emphasis on aircraft
operations. Strong communication skills, and be able to
work with multi-functional teams. The ability to perform
a variety of tasks in a dynamic test environment, and be
able to adapt to changes. Writing plans and procedures,
making and statusing schedules, and communicating with

ATE Test Development Engineer
This individual will be responsible for designing,
procuring and integrating final test solutions for the
purpose of testing RF, analog and digital subassemblies
as well as top level power amplifier assemblies. This
ATE Test Development Engineer will design and debug test
interface hardware using RF and analog test equipment
specific to the customers application. This individual
will work closely with the engineering and production
teams and will generate test plans to ensure maximum
outgoing quality levels to customer applications. This
individual will also be expected to develop, design and
debug test software for the purpose of automating final
test hardware. Experience in using and controlling
various test equipments, such as network analyzer, power
meter, spectrum analyzer, power supplies, signal
generators and oscilloscopes is essential. This position
works closely with Test Technicians to fabricate
designed test solutions. The ATE Test Development
Engineer will design and develop RF test fixturing
solutions for various subassemblies and final top level
test. This individual will generate all test solution
documentation for manufacturing release and release
cost-effective production test solutions into high
volume production.

Network Security Systems Test & Evaluation Engineer
The Operational Communications Systems Assessment Group
is looking for people who can coordinate operational and
developmental test and evaluation of networks and
network-based information assurance mechanisms.
Supervise and assist the development and implementation
of test plans. Research system under evaluation as
necessary to acquire the level of knowledge required to
perform test and evaluation activities (e.g., CONOPS,
technology involved, interaction with key organizations
and personnel). Design and implement large-scale
laboratory configurations to support test and evaluation
of diverse network and security technologies. Develop
and implement test and evaluation plans. Supervise and
assist in data collection, formal data analysis, and
report generation. Coordinate evaluation team
activities. Interface with sponsor and other
organizations as required. Develop operational test
requirements and evaluation metrics (MOEs, MOPs, etc.).
Candidates are required to have a BS in Electrical
Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent engineering
degree. 2-3 years experience with operational test and
evaluation. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills,
the ability to lead teams and work independently,
outstanding written and oral communications skills, and
good organizational skills. Strong interest in network
security performance evaluation.
