A newly created position has been developed to provide planning and scheduling services to our internal customers. You will be responsible for preparing, directing and maintaining complex plans for activities of a highly technical nature such as a program master plan and the program network. You will also provide assessment of program schedule performance to program management and identify trends and suggest corrective actions and support implementation. And you will utilize a variety of software tools to optimize program schedules and perform risk analysis. This position will train and assist new program and proposal teams in preparing for planning sessions and facilitate the generation of the program or proposal schedule plan. * Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and at least 7 years of planning/scheduling experience on government contracts
* 5 or more years experience using Microsoft Project or similar scheduling program
* Demonstrated ability to prepare and present material to senior management
* Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally and with customers.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
