* Senior level position to support strategic planning, business solution development, capture management, and program management.
* This position will report to VP, Geospatial Intelligence Group (GIG).
* Ideal candidate will have detailed, first hand experience with Intelligence community customers, GIG programs, and an in depth understanding of GIG and NES core capabilities.
* Candidate must have the ability to conceive, define, and communicate strategic directions for the GIG business;
* coordinate and then develop internal support among lines of business for these directions;
* develop effective proposals that will establish GIG as a leader in these areas;
* and provide the leadership to manage the program and sustain senior executive support for these initiative areas.
* Additionally, ideal candidate will have sufficient technical background and depth to serve in a technical leadership role to develop solutions aligned with each strategic focus area.
* Candidate must have a proven track record of management excellence, entrepreneurial success and technical innovation.

* Hardware: Familiarity with network and computer systems in place at Sponsors organization.
* Software: Familiarity with software in use within Sponsor Agency
* Functional: Experienced in Business Capture.Experience running large programs (50+ people).Excellent communication skills.Familiarity with the operations of the Sponsor Agency.
