* Conducts user training on GOTS, Microsoft Office products, Lotus Notes, and other COTS products such as MatLab and Analyst Notebook, Geospatial Analysis tools, Search tools, Language translation tools, etc.
* Designs training sessions, and training aids.
* Provides support for office conferences and off-site meetings.
* Provide in-depth training for GOTS products including geospatial analysis tools.
* Participates in software and systems testing in early-experience programs and as a test bed user.
* Able to assist with planning, set-up and conduct of professional conferences.
* Requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

* United States Citizenship
* Software: Lotus Notes, MS Office
* Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Education, or Business Administration or direct experience providing support to the analytic environment or experience working as an Intelligence Analyst.
* Functional: training; ability to produce technical training documentation.
