* Develops plans, schedules and budgets to meet contractual requirements for a program or several portions of a very large program.
* Establishes complex program plans and conducts in-depth research to define program requirements.
* Leads major coordination efforts for complex delivery schedules.
* Consults with management and customers on modifications for optimum schedules.
* Coordinates budgets across the program./LI>
* Participates in vendor evaluation.
* Provides expertise on proposals to identify most appropriate methods to meet project requirements outlined in the Statement of Work.
* Provides guidance to less experienced Program Control Analysts.
* Maintain schedules and tracks critical paths, cost, and impact to changes in schedule.
* This person will outline and create WBS for major tasking to ensure all area are fully met.
* Track and over see multiple project, work with customer to collect input to schedules and make recommendations to Life Cycle management processes.
* Bachelors degree, related technical training (or equivalent experience) plus at least eight years of directly related experience. At least 6 year experince work on large scale projects.
* Education: Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) plus 8 years experience
* At least 6 years experience working on large scale projects.
