Job Title:
VP/Office Manager - Water and Wastewater Consulting Engineering Branch Office for nationally known Water and Wastewater Design Company located in MD/VA market.

Responsibilities:

Principal in charge, develops clients through personalized service , performs their work on time and budget, and maintains repeat loyal clients. Develops and grows the professional business in this geographical area.

Requirements:

-First and foremost - a technically strong water/wastewater engineer with P.E License. Needs to be a doer and not just a “client manager type” individual.

-Exemplary communication skills including marketing/client interaction skills.

-Prefer someone with at least 15 to 20 years of experience.

-Mentor young engineering staff.

-Ideally from the greater Baltimore area, but will consider the right transplant.
