Our candidate must have proven track-record interfacing with Senior Management, developing and maintaining multi-faceted project plans, schedules and cost elements, which include supplier, contractor and customer activities. You must be able to demonstrate your Change Control, Project Management & Scheduling skills and processes along with having above average to expert level skills with MPM, MS Project and knowledge of Primavera. A candidate skilled in Resource Loaded Schedules, Cost and Schedule control is a must.

Your charter is also to serve as liaison between Program Management, Planning, Cost and IPT. You will assess and report to Program Management project issues, trends and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. You will also ensure that program changes are reflected in project schedule and report on status of critical path and other key performance measurements weekly.

Candidate must be able to provide guidance and mentoring to Cost Account Managers and Business Operations team for both EVMS and Project Management techniques/best practices. You need to have the ability to drive & chair status meetings; think out of the box to provide solutions, and is a self-starter while working with team members.

MUST TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must be skilled with Microframe Project Manageer (MPM), MS Project, MS Office and the ability to transfer and analyze data between Project tools and other software packages a must. Familiarity with Primavera, Windows Operating System, MS Office Suite including MS Access, and general computer knowledge is necessary.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred. Professional experience holds equal significance
PMI Membership/PMP Certification preferred.

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience with program/project management planning and execution
Knowledge of EVMS and Project Management best practices, techniques, and standards
