Position Description:
Paradigm Technologies is looking for a talented recruiter for our Huntsville Corporate Operations. This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the incumbent must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with managers in a timely manner to locate and recruit skilled and talented applicants to fill positions with a focus on Huntsville, AL.   The selected candidate may also be involved in supporting other areas of recruitment, human resources and other office functions for the company on an as needed basis.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Responsibilities include posting position openings, proactively recruiting and building relationships within the community, phone screens, scheduling interviews, ensuring compliance paperwork is complete, and weekly recruiting reports. This position requires an emphasis on innovative marketing techniques and strategies to recruit talent in the Huntsville area.

REQUIREMENTS:
BS or BA required; minimum GPA 3.0. Prefer a minimum of two years experience in a DoD contractor environment.   Previous Human Resource experience is a plus.

• Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite to include PowerPoint
• Prefer experience with database programs such as People Trak, Costpoint or Filemaker and some graphics experience.
• Able to analyze resumes and applications to judge qualifications and skills that meet current openings
• Requires excellent communications skills to include verbal and written skills
• Requires a high degree of originality and creativity
• Knowledge of employment law is a plus
• Demonstrates excellent organizational and follow-up skills
