Must have an MS degree in Civil/Environmental or related Engineering discipline, PE, and minimum 7 years of experience on water and/or wastewater projects.

Hands-on, detailed planning and design experience with water and/or wastewater treatment plant expansions/upgrades and pumping station projects is essential.

Candidates must possess excellent writing skills, and have the ability to interact effectively with municipal clients and regulatory agencies.
