Must have a Master’s Degree in Civil, Environmental or related Engineering discipline, a minimum of eight (8) years as a PE and with experience in wastewater projects.

Must have BNR/ENR study and design experience, and pumping station design experience is desirable.

Candidates must possess excellent writing skills, and have the ability to interact effectively with municipal clients and regulatory agencies.
