The Couture Group, Inc. is an independent Executive Search Firm operating on a retained or contingency fee basis. We specialize in working for companies in the Defense Aerospace and Consulting Engineering Sectors concentrating our searches for Engineers, Sales and Marketing and Program Managers.

Job Description:
The individual will manage all activities related to ESD characterization, verification, design review, database management, scheduling and analysis for high-speed active, precision passive circuits of advanced process and module technologies.

The individual will manage, mentor, coach the engineers and techs on all the ESD efforts in Company.

He/She will provide value added service to design engineering in improving the ESD threshold.

The individual will effectively interface between manufacturing and design, and provide guidance in product reliability and ESD protection methodology for analog/mixed-signal/RF ASIC and module design.

Requirements:
The position requires extended knowledge in semiconductor device physics and circuit design methodology for advanced Si and compound semiconductor technologies.

Supervisor skill and a good team player is essential.

In-depth understanding of ESD device design and characterization is also necessary.

Required skills include
1) Should have managed more than 3 technical people in providing guidance and direction.

2) Hands-on experience of wafer-level characterization for high-speed active, precision analog passive, and ESD devices, facilitate STR builds.

2) Hands-on experience in Cadence Spectre, Virtuoso, ADS and 3D device simulator.

3) Understanding in design methodology for analog/mixed-signal/RF ASIC and module.

4) Understanding and working knowledge of the High Speed / Rf automated test systems including Network analyzer, power meter and synthesizer.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelors of Science, Electronics; 5 years relevant experience
