The Couture Group, Inc. is an independent Executive Search Firm operating on a retained or contingency fee basis. We specialize in working for companies in the Defense Aerospace and Consulting Engineering Sectors concentrating our searches for Engineers, Sales and Marketing and Program Managers.

Job Description:

The individual will perform Design, evaluate and characterize ESD circuits for RF application. The individual will effectively interface between manufacturing, design and Process. Provide guidance in product reliability and ESD protection methodology for
RF Power Amplifier and Front End Module products for wireless systems. A thorough understanding of impacts and interdependencies of other elements in the RF system is critical to success.


Job Requirements:

Effectively plan and execute RF and analog circuit and IC designs. Ability to schedule and execute a project to meet the ESD threshold and performance criteria provided by customers and marketing. Strong circuit simulation skills including HP ADS, Momentum, Cadence SpectreRF, HSPICE and/or PSPICE is necessary. Position requires a BSEE or MSEE with a minimum of 5 years related engineering experience.
In-depth understanding of ESD device design and characterization is necessary.

Required skills include
1) Hands-on experience in Cadence Spectre, Virtuoso, ADS and 3D device simulator.
2) Understanding in design methodology for analog/mixed-signal/RF ASIC and module.
3) Understanding and working knowledge of the High Speed / RF automated test systems including Network analyzer, power meter and synthesizer.
