The position leads efforts to identify, analyze, and anticipate marketplace trends with the purpose of bidding for new business opportunities. Also engages with existing and new customers to develop relationships.Requirements include:
- A bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
- 5 years experience in business development or program management with military/government organizations
- Thorough understanding of the DoD and its budgeting processes
- Comprehension of the defense-related market
- Proposal writing experience
- Ability to travel extensively
Additional requirements include: Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to meet deadlines and follow through on details, and proficiency using MS Office software.
