Responsibility:
1. Supervision over the development of operation and training program that involves Link-16 RF system, C4ISR command and control systems, and related Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) systems as the communication network
2. Generation and presentation of technical briefs and artifacts review
3. Facilitation of technical interchange meetings and peer reviews
4. Construction and analysis of complex program schedulesQualifications:
1. Must be knowledgeable in Tactical Data Link network structures and operations, as well as Link-16 protocols (MIL-STD-6016)
2. Extensive operational experience (10-15 years) in Link-16 and related area.
3. Strong in planning, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills and seasoned in written and oral communication
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Military experience; preferably as a former JICO.
2. Ability to communicate in Mandarin language is a plus.
3. Project or program management skill and experience desirable.
4. Familiarity in Enterprise Information software and related system administration tasks.
Requirements:
1. BA/BS degrees or equivalent
2. Able to obtain US security clearance; holding current clearance is a plus.
3. International travel 25% and direct interface with customer
