Description
The Couture Group, Inc. is an independent Executive Search Firm operating on a retained or contingency fee basis. We specialize in working for companies in the Defense Aerospace and Consulting Engineering Sectors concentrating our searches for Engineers, Sales and Marketing and Program Managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Serving as the principal point of contact with customer contracting personnel
Reviewing and approving all contractual documents
Reviewing international, commercial and government RFPs/RFQs/RFIs for acceptable terms and conditions
Identifying corporate risks, conflicts of interest and developing mitigation plans
Monitoring and participating in pricing efforts
Directing effective contractual document retention and control
Monitoring and resolving all contractual issues
Act as focal point for ITAR and export compliance
Small Business Liaison Officer

Qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - MBA or JD a plus

Minimum of 5-7 years of aerospace/defense contracts management experience

Advanced knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions and policies governing assigned contracts, including FAR, DFAR and CAS

Professional certification (CPCM) preferred

Proven experience with ID/IQ, FFP, T&M and cost plus contracts

Knowledge of integrated financial/ERP systems
Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
