• Responsible for design activities in product development projects.
• Ensure achievement of commitments related to:

Design features affecting cost
Schedule
Verification and qualification on product development projects.
• Responsible for discussing specifications with team management to achieve project goals.
• Promotion of COMPANY strengths and technical capability to COMPANY customers and suppliers.
• Responsible for following the product development process and procedures.
• Responsible for following the most efficient methods of work and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Responsible for maintenance of project documentation according to the ISO procedures and also in accordance with COMPANY global guidelines.
• Responsible for all development activity related to design of filter products including but is not limited to simulation, layout design, prototyping, test planning, and testing.
• Completing of feasibility studies related to new product opportunities as requested and approved from team management.
• Help in project planning (time schedule, budget, manning) by providing realistic estimates of the work load.
• Ensure that production and field problems related to design are solved through corrective actions.
EXPERIENCE:
• Capable of simulating complex filter topologies using simulation SW used in the department.
• Can generate conceptual product layouts for products that include cavity filters, coaxial LP-filters, directional couplers, LNA and other PCA assemblies using customer specifications as a requirement and simulation SW (circuit simulator and 3D electromagnetic simulator) as a tool.
• Familiar with cavity filter design using dielectric resonators.
• Proficient with all common RF test equipment and knowledgeable of their limitations.
• Understands and communicates cost impacts of all design details including materials and manufacturability aspects.
• EDUCATION: Electrical Engineer or B. Sc. in related field (Math, Physics) with knowledge of RF design and development methods, test equipment, and manufacturing methods or equivalent.
