The Corporate Human Resources Manager is responsible for Human Resources issues at the corporate level and directly manages SNC’s Human Resources Department, including all SNC Human Resources Manager's at multiple locations. The Corporate Human Resources Manager is also responsible to ensure that all HR Department's are following Corporate HR Policies and Procedures.
Oversees employee related issues and documents including AAP, employee benefits renewals, employee relations, company functions and HR budgets.
Some duties include annual HR planning, Labor Resource Management, Salary planning and Performance Management, HR Measurement (metrics) & Process Improvement, HR Budget Management, Builds partnerships with business leaders in the organization and provides HR / business support in change management, succession planning, operational initiatives etc., and Corporate Employee Relations.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelors degree or Human Resource Certificate required.
Minimum of five years experience in HR Management is also required.
Candidates must have DoD experience
Knowledge of employment laws and requirements is necessary.
Proficiency in Word & Excel is required.
This position required strong organization and interpersonal communication skills.
This position handles confidential information therefore the individual must be discrete.
Position requires up to 50% travel.
Candidate must be able to obtain/maintain a security clearance.
