Description
Senior Program Manager for large program within C4N business area will be responsible for managing all phases of DOD and commercial engineering programs to include meeting cost, schedule, and performance goals. Requires significant experience with Earned Value Management and a sound foundation in Software Engineering Institute Capabilities Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI).

Strong experience with program management of a U.S. Army acquisition program is required. Must understand soldier centric, network enabled operations.

Understanding of full range of military communications systems is strong plus and a solid engineering foundation as either a systems or software engineer is desired. Prior military service in either Army or Marines is also a great foundation for this position.

Must have Bachelor degree in Engineering/Business Management or 8-10 years related field experience. Masters Degree preferred.

Knowledge in one or more of the following areas is required: Communications, Computing, Command and Control Systems in Army, Marines, Air Force, or Navy.

Technical oversight of all development, production and operational personnel and subcontractors involved with design, manufacture, integration, test and operational activities of a U.S. Army mounted and dismounted C4N system. Also responsible for performance of all worldwide deployed support for same system. PM to Review and approve all necessary budgetary, schedule, performance, documentation, IOT Services, Successful Operations Monitoring and Testing oversight.

**Must be able to obtain Secret Security Clearance, although the ability to obtain a Top Secret is desirable.
