OBJECTIVE: The Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, to include: consulting with hiring managers to develop requisitions and outline hiring techniques, screen resumes, source active and passive candidates, interview candidate, schedule interviews for hiring managers, negotiate offers, and work collaboratively with other members of the recruiting team.
Essential Functions

  •         Work closely with Line Managers to identify planned vacancies, review with local senior management, HR Ops and Group HR to fill positions and manage all the full-life cycle recruitment and hiring processes.
  •         Administer and manage the HR Database
  •         Develop and maintain professional relationships with transition centers, military job boards, universities and other organizations as a source to generate qualified applicants.
  •         Direct the efforts of employment agencies and search firms including negotiating and controlling employment related fees.
  •         Schedule and attend job/career fairs with appropriate staff as a source to generate qualified applicants.
  •         Screen and refer qualified applicants to hiring manager for interviewing.
  •         Develop and conduct training programs for managers designed to improve recruiting and hiring efficiencies and reduce turnover.
  •         Researches, analyzes, prepares and presents hiring and statistics. Responsible for the production of the weekly recruiting activity report and for developing metrics to measure effectiveness of the recruiting program.

    Qualifications

  •         BA Degree Required
  •         Minimum of 5 years of relevant recruitment experience
  •         Candidate should be exposed to government contractor environment. Candidate with experience in hiring military personnel is a must.
  •         Candidate should be U.S. Citizen and clearable or have a Secret level Clearance.
  •         Must be knowledgeable about U.S. statutory compliance
  •         Experience of co-ordinating/managing international recruitment campaigns would be an advantage
  •         Possession of strong organizational skills.
  •         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  •         Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
  •         Excellent Microsoft Office skills (word, excel and powerpoint) and knowledge of HR Software
