What will the Program Manager do?
• Participation in contract negotiations and customer support.
• Program design, schedule, execution and cost containment.
• Execution of commercial and military contacts & projects.
• Matrix w/engineering, marketing & production.
• Plan, manage and coordinate pre-contract meeting, management and design.
• Review & identify new business opportunities.

What Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience should the Program Manager possess?

• 8 years or more related experience in an electronics-manufacturing environment
• Program management experience that includes design, development, product transition and full-scale production phases.
• Knowledge of basic production material control/scheduling, engineering principles and manufacturing technology, cost accounting principles and basic finance
• Working knowledge of MS Office software, excellent presentation and written communication skills including ability to compile data from diversified sources and write reports
• Contract-related administration experience is considered a plus
• B.S. in engineering or related technical field
• Must be able to obtain & maintain secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.
