Reporting directly to the Plant General Manager, the Antenna Engineering Manager will be responsible for a cross functional engineering team to ensure COMPANY is meeting all program requirements for our current ground based SATCOM and data link antenna terminals and broadband COM antennas.

You will lead the technical effort of expanding our product line base from concept through production including design, supplier management and customer interface.

As the hands-on manager, you will be involved in multiple projects and assign engineers as required to meet the program needs.

As a creative manager, you will proactively identify resource shortages and product development roadblocks developing, suggesting and implementing alternate plans in a timely manner to avoid schedule delays.

Qualified candidates will possess:
• Ability to be a proactive leader
• Capacity to organize, plan, implement and evaluate engineering activities that span multiple disciplines
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate between the development team, executive management, business development, the DOD and most of all, the customer, is critical.
• This position requires 5-7 years experience in the defense antenna industry or a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the RF/Microwave industry.
• MSEE degree or equivalent is desired preferably with previous management or lead engineering experience.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance which requires US citizenship.
