Responsible for the implementation of a Software Configuration Management program in support of software products and services. Define and maintain an SCM CMMI Level 3 process for projects; administration of the CM tool MKS; help Software Engineering define the Software Development Environment; enforce the rules for using it; witnessing builds from software developed CIDs; help developers with MKS and Software Development Environment questions.

BS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
MS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with 7 years experience.

Minimum of 5 years SCM Engineer required; excellent process skills; Good understanding of the software building process; 2 years experience as a CM Tool Admin.

Preferred working knowledge of 2 years with Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI) Level 3 environment.

A Plus - Experience with pragma systems processMax CMM tool and the MKS CM.
