ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Identifies, qualifies and captures new business in support of major EW system and platform programs. Expands business with existing customers and develops relationships and revenue with new customers. Establishes program win strategies, leads major business capture teams, supports proposal preparation and leads business negotiations. Supports VP in functional activities such as trade shows, presentations, booking reviews, forecasting and planning. Responsibilities may also include;
Program Management
Performing market research to identify business and quantify opportunities for products and technologies
Responding to customer inquiries
Developing marketing and sales literature for new product releases and business development
Preparing presentation materials
QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires BS in Engineering discipline, MS preferred, and a minimum of five years in a technology driven, defense/aerospace, business development, or marketing environment experience. Program management or systems design experience highly preferred. Experience with DoD business development and proposal generation. Experience with EW, CNI, AEW systems and programs. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required. Very high energy level with a positive disposition, self-starter, and customer focused.
