Communications fields since June of 1967.
HISTORY:
We have been placing candidates in these markets since June 1967; We have had
great successes with mom and pop organizations up to the fortune 100.
TODAY:
We maintain a good working relationship with the better companies in our
industry and are growing to meet our client’s needs. We have gained a good
understanding of the technology and the military/commercial market place.
Today's employment challenges are many. We estimate there are approximately
90,000 job requisitions for personnel. Since in our market clearances are
generally required there just are not enough active qualified candidates to go
around. Now we are working with Presidents of corporations we placed in various
positions many years ago. Our Client list has expanded to cover the USA and many
countries around the world. We have become very proficient at finding the right
person for the companies that use our service. Through our extensive due
diligence on each candidate prior to their employment we provide for a long-term
career with our client companies. The range of positions we work with are

THE PROCESS:
This is old fashion headhunting where we Take from your competitor the best
candidate we can find. The typical candidate is happy in their current position
and we offer them a better opportunity with your corporation. This is normally a
90 day contract from start until the hire.
We guarantee three qualified candidates for your review. (A qualified candidate
fits the job description, is in the desired salary range, and would accept a
position if offered. The candidate will have excellent references and be willing
to relocate if necessary).
We guarantee the candidate to stay with you one year, with the exceptions of
death, serious illness, lay-off due to lack of work, merger, change in tasks
etc.
FEES:
Our fee is a one time non refundable expense fee of $2,000.00
The search fee is 33% of the candidates starting compensation package paid as
follows:
1/3rd is paid in advance as an up front retainer.
1/3rd is paid upon the presentation of three qualified candidates.
1/3rd is paid on the start date of your new employee.
The typical compensation package is $100,000.00 to $500,000.00 per year.
